This is a static visual preview of Threshold. No data is captured. The free-text + LLM classifier is replaced with multiple-choice buttons matching the five decision categories defined in the spec.

In the production version, providers receive a unique link by email, complete two demographic questions, then walk one or more cases. Responses are anonymous and analyzed in aggregate.
